Hawaiian Bridal Shower
Aloha! Today we're dreaming of all things tropical as we share with you this darling Hawaiian themed bridal shower! When the bride and groom are headed off to tie the knot in Hawaii, there's really only one way to go with the bridal shower decor, and that's tropical. For this brunch, we with with a clean, modern take on that tropical flavor style. With lots of white and greens, a touch of blush and a mixture of gold metals and wood, we brought a touch of that Hawaiian vibe to Atlanta.
Brunch is absolutely my favorite meal to plan parties for. It's absolutely acceptable to have coffee and cocktails at the same time, and it almost always involves bacon. Winning all around, in my opinion, and it was perfect for this intimate back porch bridal shower.
Menu
Pineapple & Strawberry Mimosas
Coffee Bar, Juice & Lemon Water
Chicken & Waffle Bar
Mini Yogurt Parfaits (complete with tropical umbrellas, of course)
Bacon Skewers
Donut tower
Coconut Cake
The mimosa's were a first-time recipe for me, and they are a keeper! All you need is Pineapple Juice, Prosecco, chopped strawberries and pineapple for garnish. Add 1/3 champagne and 2/3 juice, top with strawberries and your garnish on the side and you're good to go!
Wishing many years of wedded bliss to the happy couple!
Ke Aloha!
(that's Hawaiian for cheers!)
